Utilising a comprehensive and market leading software system, we build and operate bespoke Integrated Maintenance Systems (IMS) within our Client’s building and budget requirements.

Our IMS ensures reliability during the operation of all key maintenance assets. Our highly skilled and experienced technicians survey and assess all Client systems to establish priorities and importance in supporting the Client’s business requirements. We then agree a planned preventative schedule and responses to create a maintenance regime that protects and prolongs the operational life of every asset.

Each buildings asset’s are assessed for Key Asset Priority (KAP) and using the following parameters examples we utilise into our software to create a bespoke energy efficient and cost effective maintenance regime.
